OPEN CONTACT IMPROVISATION LAB OCIPLA
is an open laboratory — a space for research, practice, and experimentation in Contact Improvisation. This performative cycle explores how improvisation becomes performance through presence, composition, and the art of being seen.
What is a CI Lab?
A Contact Improvisation laboratory is a collective space for dancers to research, question, and experiment together. Unlike a class, it has no fixed teaching; instead, participants contribute ideas, scores, and inquiries to deepen the practice through exploration and shared discovery.
